We are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you need an appointment but can’t make it during these times, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

You can book an in-person appointment or a virtual consultation by phone or through the form on our website.

When we receive your appointment request, our concierge team will get in contact with you to schedule an appointment for the day and time that suits you. This will normally be within a week or two.

This depends on the type of appointment you book. We like to give our patients enough time to talk through any concerns with their dentist, and most appointments will normally last around 45 minutes to an hour. When you book your appointment, you will receive a welcome pack containing some short videos explaining what to expect from your first appointment.

Our Treatment Coordinator and concierge team will get you booked in for your next appointment before you leave the clinic.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you let us know 48 hours in advance.

We would recommend booking an appointment to come in and chat with us. We’ll talk through your concerns and walk you through what to expect. We have processes to deal with your fears, and if you feel very anxious about treatment, we can offer sedation to make you feel more relaxed. This is delivered by our qualified professionals.
