The major influence for me to become a dentist was the ability to do such a wide variety of procedures and varied techniques, from aesthetic rebuilds to actual surgery. We're very privileged in a profession that has such a varied skill base and amount of procedures that you can master.
I knew I would never get bored being a dentist because there would always be things to stimulate me and focus on. That's the beauty of dentistry. There are so many things that you can focus on and provide for your patients.
In my work, I am proud of being able to provide all-around dentistry, true assessments and treatment plans based on my experience in all the disciplines. That's one of the things that I find is really important and that I'm proud of, because it's taken me 30 years to get to this point.
Every single day, I’m inspired by seeing my patients smile when I finish a case. Every case inspires me for the next one. It's like a domino effect; you just want to do more and more.
